How do I place an order?
Tap any piece in the lookbook, choose your size and colour, then add it to the cart and check out. Prefer to talk first? Send us the screenshot on WhatsApp and we will build the order for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer, all handled on our secure checkout. For WhatsApp orders we send a payment link once the items are confirmed.
When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces leave the studio within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and altered pieces take 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Standard shipping is free over $199, and express options are shown at checkout. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Open the order in “My orders” and tap “Return”, or message us — we will send the return address and instructions.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page lists the measurements of the piece. If you sit between two sizes, size up. Send us your height, usual size and the item you like on WhatsApp and we will advise.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Of course. Tap “WhatsApp” below, send the product link or a screenshot, and we will confirm availability, shipping cost and payment in the chat.
